Description:

02-04-014 - Wash Down Pump WD 3.4 12V
Premium wash down pump 12V with capacity 12.9 L/min (3.4 GPM). Designed for efficient deck wash and wash down duties in marine environments. Features a 3-chamber diaphragm design with cut-off pressure of 5 bar (70 psi). Easy to install with quick disconnect ports for 1/2" hose connections; inlet strainer 40 mesh and spray nozzle included. Fuse size 15 A.

Features:
• 3-chamber diaphragm pump for smooth, pulsation-free flow and quiet operation
• Integrated extra heavy duty sealed pressure switch with cut-in at 3.7 bar (54 psi) and cut-off at 5 bar (70 psi)
• Self-priming up to 2 m (6.5 ft) vertical lift
• Quick disconnect ports for easy connection to 1/2" reinforced hose
• Built-in check valve on outlet to maintain system pressure
• Motor: 140 W, 12V DC with built-in thermal protection
• Duty cycle: Intermittent (max 20 min continuous operation)
• Max liquid temperature: +50°C (+120°F); max ambient temperature: +60°C (+140°F)
• Body: Nylon/Polyamide; valve housing: Polypropylene/Polyamide; valves: Nitrile; diaphragm: Santoprene; fasteners: Stainless steel
• Inlet strainer: 40 mesh (included) for debris protection
• Spray nozzle included for immediate wash down use
• Composite base mount for reduced vibration and quieter operation

Compatibility:
• Suitable for fresh water wash down systems on boats, yachts, and marine vessels
• Recommended for use with reinforced, high-pressure flexible tubing (1/2" hose)
• Compatible with Albin Pump Marine wash down accessories, such as coiled hoses (e.g., 02-65-029), expandable hoses (e.g., 02-65-031), and through-deck fittings (e.g., 02-65-035)
